Along a bustling street in the Samseong neighborhood, this upscale apartment hotel with Han River views is an 8-minute walk from a subway station.
Warm studios come with Wi-Fi access and flat-screens, plus washer/dryers and kitchens. The 1- to 4-bedroom apartments provide spa-style showers and separate living rooms; some offer balconies and/or river views. A luxe penthouse with marble floors has a wine cellar, a garden and a whirlpool tub. Room service is available.
There’s a polished restaurant and a relaxed bar. Other amenities consist of a gym, a sauna and an indoor pool, along with a kids’ play area and secured parking.

This time, I tried their new ‘Spring Package’. This package aims for ‘Fun Health Management’, offering a healthy and enjoyable staycation available for reservation until June 30. Check-in is at 3 PM, check-out at 12 PM, and one vehicle per room can park for free.
The rooms are spacious and clean, with cooking facilities available in all rooms. The open bar style kitchen is neatly organized with all the necessary cooking tools and dishes prepared. The bedroom is spacious and comfortable, and the bed is very soft, providing a comfortable sleep during the stay.
The Spring Package includes Singaporean Chicken Rice. This dish is very famous in Singapore, and the restaurant at Oakwood Premier cooks it very well. Also, the package includes free use of the fitness club, making it great for those who enjoy working out.
The staycation at this hotel was a great opportunity to relax in the city and have various experiences as if I had gone on an overseas trip.

2.2. Authentic Reviews 2 : “Experiencing the Oakwood Premier COEX Center: Studio Premier Suite with Breakfast Buffet, Indoor Pool, and Fitness Center”

The Oakwood Premier COEX Center was a residence-type hotel with a unique customer composition. The location of the hotel was advantageous as it was close to COEX Mall, and as the top-tier hotel of the American hotel chain, Oakwood, it offered spacious rooms.
The Studio Premier Room I used was divided into a kitchen, living room, and bedroom, and the kitchen was equipped enough to cook a proper meal. The buffet breakfast was ordinary but the French toast was delicious, and there were facilities such as a sauna, indoor swimming pool, and fitness center.
The price was about 330,000 KRW for a Studio Premier Room with breakfast for two through the company’s welfare mall. Overall, it fell short in terms of service compared to other residence-type hotels, but the quietness due to a high proportion of long-term guests served as an advantage.
