On May 5, 2023, I visited the JW Marriott Hotel Seoul for a staycation. Conveniently connected to the Express Bus Terminal Station and a shopping mall, it’s perfect for shopping enthusiasts. The room I used offered a city view, but there are also rooms with a Han River view for more options. The room was spacious and comfortable, well-equipped with a minibar and wardrobe. The bathroom was particularly convenient with a separate shower booth and bathtub.
The Executive Lounge on the 9th floor offered evening cocktails and breakfast. The variety of food and drinks was satisfying. The following morning, I visited the swimming pool located on the B2 level. It was great that the operating hours were relatively early.
Breakfast was served at the lounge and, although the variety wasn’t as extensive as a buffet, it was still enjoyable. The JW Marriott Hotel Seoul, with its spacious rooms and convenient location for shopping, is a highly recommended hotel for a Seoul staycation.
