Last weekend, I enjoyed a staycation at the Vista Walkerhill Hotel with my children.

Vista Walkerhill Seoul is located on Walkerhill Road in Gwangjin-gu, Seoul and check-in time is at 3 PM and check-out time is at 11 AM. The Deluxe Twin Room River View we stayed in had a clean and sophisticated atmosphere and offered a full view of the Han River from inside the room.

We also used the indoor swimming pool which had an amazing view of the Han River through its wide windows. The minibar in the room was provided for free and it was a great place to have a good time with my children. We didn’t use breakfast separately but look forward to dining at Pizza Hill on our next visit.

Distinct from the Grand Walkerhill, Vista Walkerhill Seoul offers a modern and hip atmosphere that is particularly popular among young couples.

One of the unique features of Vista Walkerhill Seoul is its mobile check-in service which allows you to access your room immediately without waiting time. Also inside the room, a sleek interior and spacious desk are provided making it convenient for any work-related needs.

However, the biggest attraction was undoubtedly the night view of Han River. It was an unparalleled staycation experience in Korea while spending time overlooking the river.

For breakfast, I enjoyed a meal at the Grand Walkerhill. With a variety of food and appropriate seasoning, my satisfaction with breakfast was 100 points excluding the price consideration.

Although not perfect, Vista Walkerhill Seoul is a recommended staycation spot in Seoul for couples in their 30s and 40s! If you want to see the beautiful night view of Han River, make sure to visit at least once.
