1. Fitness Center
The fitness center of L7 Myeongdong Hotel is located on the 2nd floor. The operating hours are from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM, and the maximum capacity is 3 people. The fitness center is equipped with an aerobic zone (treadmill, bike), stretching zone (mat), strength training equipment, and weight zone (dumbbell). Water and towels are provided for free, and only hotel guests can use the facility. You need to prepare your own workout clothes and shoes.

2. Spa
The Long Day Foot Spa of L7 Myeongdong Hotel is located on the rooftop of the 21st floor. The operating hours are from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. L7 Myeongdong guests can use it for free, and non-guests can use it for free when ordering at the rooftop bar. The operation period is from April 1 to November 30, and it does not operate in winter (December~March).
3. Sauna
There is no sauna facility in the L7 Myeongdong Hotel.
4. Events
L7 Myeongdong Hotel runs various promotions.
- Rewards Members Only: Smart Check-in Event
- In the Rewards Members Only Smart Check-in event, they offer a promotion that gives you an additional 700P ($7 worth) of rewards points with your room reservation.
- Tastes L7 Event
- In the Tastes L7 event, they offer a promotion that provides an L7 room along with a Butterfinger Pancake Aid or Salad & Beer SET.
- L7 Welcome Food
- Creating a sweet check-in moment. Please enjoy the free K-welcome snack prepared by L7 Myeongdong.
- Period: Jan 25, 2024 – Dec 31, 2024
- L’ Coffee Station
- At L7 Myeongdong’s Bubble Lounge, you can drink coffee 24 hours a day, which is great for relaxing.
- Enjoy a variety of Nespresso coffees with a rich taste and aroma at L’ Coffee Station.
