Summary of the Blog Post

For this year’s Chuseok holiday period, I decided to have a staycation at the Grand InterContinental Seoul Parnas with my husband instead of traveling abroad as we usually do.

We checked into the Junior Suite King room and enjoyed various amenities from afternoon tea to happy hour and breakfast at the Club Lounge.

Grand InterContinental Seoul Parnas is conveniently located just a minute walk from Exit 5 of Samseong Station. The check-in time is at 3 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. We visited during the Chuseok holiday period and I would personally rate the experience as a definite revisit.

The Club Lounge offers afternoon tea and happy hour where you can also use business computers and printers. If you book a club room or higher, you can check in on the 34th floor.

The Junior Suite room was spacious with separate living room and bedroom, which made it an ideal space for relaxation. The bathroom was also large, but what stood out the most was the excellent condition of the bedding that provided us with a great night’s sleep.

During happy hour at the lounge, they offered a variety of alcohol and snacks. The desserts and fruits were delicious as well.

In addition to these amenities, we were able to use the sauna facilities and had a satisfying breakfast experience. Overall, Grand InterContinental Seoul Parnas was not crowded so it was perfect for relaxing staycation.
