2.1. Review 1 : “Best value for a hotel stay, a perfect day at Fraser Place Namdaemun Seoul!”

Summary of the Blog Post

Recently, I enjoyed a hotel stay at Fraser Place Namdaemun Seoul. This 4-star hotel is conveniently located between City Hall and Hoehyeon stations, right next to Namdaemun Market, making it ideal for shopping and sightseeing. The price was around 100,000 KRW, providing a satisfying stay at a reasonable rate.

The check-in process was quick and straightforward, with a busy lobby filled with international guests. The hotel has four elevators, so there was no inconvenience when moving around. I was assigned to the 7th floor, and upon entering my room, I was impressed by the clean decor and comfortable atmosphere.

I booked a twin room, which made excellent use of space. There was a table with a lamp for work, and complimentary bottled water and bathrobes were provided. The view from my room was just a building view, which was a bit disappointing, but since I planned to spend most of my time outside, it wasn’t a major issue.

The bathroom amenities were particularly impressive. The toothbrush quality was high, and the hairdryer had strong airflow, making it easy to dry my hair. Additionally, the hotel offered a free sauna, which I enjoyed using in the morning; it was clean and quiet, making for a very pleasant experience.

However, there were a couple of downsides. First, the parking area was cramped, making it inconvenient for those driving. Second, the hotel is located in an area where protests happen frequently, so external noise might be an issue for sensitive guests. Nevertheless, overall, Fraser Place Namdaemun is an excellent choice in terms of location, price, and facilities.

2.2. Review 2 : “Enjoy the best value hotel stay in Seoul at Fraser Place Namdaemun Seoul!”

Summary of the Blog Post

Recently, I had a great value hotel stay at Fraser Place Namdaemun in Seoul for a relaxing getaway. This hotel features a large bathhouse, sauna, gym, and a panoramic lounge, making it a wonderful choice for a special day in the city. Especially with their “Spring Culinary Travel Package,” I was able to enjoy a night’s stay along with delicious seasonal dishes and wine at a great price.

Fraser Place Namdaemun is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from City Hall Station and close to Namdaemun Market, making it ideal for sightseeing. The hotel has an underground parking garage with electric vehicle charging stations, and parking is free for guests. However, the entrance to the parking lot is a bit narrow, which could be a concern for those driving.

The room we stayed in was a Premier Room on the 4th floor, spacious and comfortable, resembling a high-end pension. It was equipped with kitchen utensils, a washing machine, and an iron, making it very convenient. The king-size bed offered a great view of the beautiful spring scenery in Seoul, and the bathroom was also spacious with a separate bathtub and shower.

On the 16th floor, there is a panoramic lounge and fitness center. The fitness center is well-equipped, providing a good workout environment, and the sauna facilities were excellent. The men’s sauna includes a hot tub, dry sauna, and even an open-air bath, reminiscent of a Japanese onsen. The large bathhouse is free for guests to use.

We had dinner as part of the “Spring Culinary Travel Package,” which included Jeju fern charcoal risotto and pork belly pasta, along with wine. The atmosphere was lovely, making for an enjoyable evening. The breakfast was served with a variety of Korean dishes and had a unique system where staff brought freshly made egg dishes to the table, which was a delightful experience.

In conclusion, Fraser Place Namdaemun is an excellent value hotel in Seoul, offering a great location, reasonable prices, and fantastic facilities. If you’re planning a spring trip to Seoul, I highly recommend this hotel!

2.3. Review 3 : “Fraser Place Namdaemun Seoul: The Perfect Choice for a Staycation in Seoul”

Summary of the Blog Post

My staycation at Fraser Place Namdaemun in Jung-gu, Seoul, was truly satisfying. I was fortunate enough to win a stay voucher through an Instagram event, which included a deluxe room and breakfast for two. The hotel’s location near City Hall Station is convenient, with plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby, making it a highly recommended spot for a Seoul staycation.

The check-in process was impressive due to the staff’s friendliness, and with four elevators available, getting around was easy. However, it’s worth noting that there can be significant noise from protests on Saturdays, so keep that in mind. Breakfast is served from 6:30 AM to 10:00 AM, and both the fitness center and sauna are open from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM. I was disappointed that the Panorama Lounge was closed on weekends, as I had heard great things about it.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Although I requested a view of Sungnyemun, I was assigned a high-floor room with a partial view of Sejong-daero. The large table and sofa made it convenient to eat in the room. The bathroom featured a ceiling-high mirror and a bathtub, providing a relaxing experience. Additionally, various drinks and snacks were stocked in the room, which was a nice touch.

The fitness center was pleasant to use, with all the necessary equipment available, despite some machines being a bit dated. I enjoyed exercising while looking out at the city view, which was a highlight. I even returned to work out again after breakfast the next day.

For dinner, I explored the Myeongdong area and brought back delicious food. I tried the famous “Satisfaction Five-Spice Pork Feet” and “Liege Waffles,” both of which were delightful, especially the tender pork feet. Breakfast was recommended to include their French toast, which is reportedly delicious, but I arrived late and found the menu options limited.

Parking at the hotel is free for guests, though the half-level structure of the parking garage can be a bit confusing. Overall, my stay at Fraser Place Namdaemun was very satisfying, and I look forward to returning to try the sauna next time.
